Returns and Refund Policy

If your product is unused and in its original packaging, you are still within the 30 day purchase period, and the product meets the conditions below, we will gladly offer you your money back! Refunds
We will let you know if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your money back via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process your refund.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 days cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, unsealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for full return
Free/promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund. If the above return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will receive a credit note.
